If I could leave 0 stars I would. I attempted to lease an apartment here and called nearly everyday for someone to get back to me. Over a month went by and the receptionist finally told me there’s nothing she can do but continue passing along the message to “the people who handle this.” You’re better off renting elsewhere
Do not live here. It looks good on the surface, but you will absolutely hear everything your neighbors do - talking, tv, music, stomping, moving furniture, intimacy, microwave beeping, everything. It's like 3 other people live in the apartment with you. I have lost so much sleep and peace living here and have to adjust to the schedules of my neighbors. Management is aloof - my last work order for a sink leak took 3 months to complete, and I'm currently waiting over a week for my AC to be fixed (in the middle of summer). Mana... read more
Worst building I have ever lived in. Walls have ZERO insulation. Living in a loft style building doesn’t mean you should hear your neighbors as if they were in the same room as you.
