Efficient friendly technicians from Atlas , but it has taken a year to get to the problem and solutions with our water heater with costs beyond what we had budgeted for general maintenance. We trust Atlas but can only hope no further problems occur with our tankless water heater.
Samuel was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He addressed all areas of concern. Answered all my questions. Mostly, he reassured me that I was in good hands and comfort.
The team at Atlas were prompt, professional and overall so great to work with. Marcus came to resolve my issue and was friendly and knowledgeable. He made great suggestions, explained things well and his work was impeccable. Thank you for a great experience and happy to recommend Atlas to anyone looking for plumbing support.
Amazing team, great customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable. The individuals I dealt with for our major plumbing issue (updating rooted in old clay pipes) needed a lot of work, and they so far have excelled at solving the problem.
This company are scammers and are only looking to over charge crazy amounts for services. They did a hack job on our plumbing and over charged for a service we could have done ourselves. Then they call proactively offering a "free furnace maintenance" then came in a shut off our furnace and told us we have to buy a new one. Then they send in their sales guy to make us spend money on a new furnace. We are very unhappy with this company and would not recommend them.
