I've had no hot water for 8 days. They did not seem to be in a hurry to get the part (which was part of a $10K install 1.5 years ago). The part will come in when the part comes in is what "customer service" told me. Then they scheduled service 4 to 8 pm, and at 7:30, I checked with their office, and no one is coming because the part is "locked in the closed parts dept.". I have never dealt with such an irresponsible company and will never deal with them again (I am moving.) They "might" be able to get someone here over... read more
