The Atlas Waterside is a wonderful community with professional staff. It’s close to the shopping center for convenience but also super quiet at night! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to move here.
This is the nicest apartment you may ever live at. The amenities, the Trinity trail, the location in walking distance to a very nice collection of restaurants, it's near perfect. Sad to be leaving this place after two years. We took pictures of the kitchen so when we one day build a house we can model it off of this one (Style 2C). Had some good experiences and some bad experiences. Don't assume because the place looks nice that everything works well. Key thing is noise. Assume there will be substantial noise you cannot stop, pinpoint, or get the management team to correct. There were also marijuana smells, broken doors, and some wild pool parties. One time there was a big speaker up on a table around 9pm. Also, it sounds nice that someone else will manage maintenance, but they may take the easy way out. Had the 1K apartment. Loved the area (quick access to the trinity and Whole Foods), unit space and the amenities, especially the gym and the new shop that was just installed. Most of the building is kept pretty clean, and the leasing agents always provided great service! However I had a few gripes; The fire alarms go off frequently. They are tested a couple times a year which is understandable for safety but they frequently would go off for other reasons and this was normally at night.
