I love my new commuity at Atlas Waterside. The location is so beautiful and the office staff Emily and Jonathan are very nice, and detailed oriented they made the move in process stress free.
I love living at Atlas Waterside, I just renewed my lease for year 2, residents are nice, quite and pool & gym is great. Parking is perfect & always feel safe. Only complaint is the security system on gate and doors with he app on your phone is slow.
Great area! Beautiful walks next to the river and everything you can imagine from stores and all within distance
Honestly the best apartment complex I've lived at so far! I would have stayed for another year to make it three but had to return to my home town for family. The location was perfect. I would walk to Whole Foods, farmers market, and to Pax and Beneficia for coffee. I’ve personally never had any issues. I know my neighbor had one issue where his truck tires were stolen and there were no cameras. I think that was the most negative thing I’ve personally saw and heard.
