The military seems to use them, I see them a lot and I am never impressed with them. I haven’t used them but they seem to force their presence onto me. My neighbors used them and while the entire street had no one parked on it, they decided to park blocking a driveway that 4 families share for 4+ hours right when kids were getting home from school and parents from work.
