This tire shop was recommended to me by my older brother. I had ran over glass and needed a new tire. They throughly checked my tire in the water bath and let me know because it was sliced down the side, I needed a new one. They had a very good selection of nice tires with very thick tread. I kept having an issue and I came back to his shop at least three times ( were they also changed to a different tire ) and he let me know that I had another tire that was in very very bad condition. Extremely long wait time, 45 mins before I was even greeted, but the whole process took over a hour. Tires are overpriced for the value, $70 for a used tire that’s plugged? If you can make it past Ferndale into Detroit or even Hamtramck please do you’ll find quality tires for $50, and won’t have to wait over an hour for service. They did give me free air in my tires which was nice, so I’ll give them two stars
Must be nice to get serviced since their hours are an inconvenience to people who don’t get off til after 5 or 6. Tried calling to at least see if I could make it, no answer. One of the times I called, it was as if the number wasn’t in service. Got there at quarter to 6 and I was turned away. Poor business if you ask me.
The worst customer service I ever dealt with. Had a druggie working there talking about it’s too cold to patch ur tire🤦♂️
