Disturbingly awful company culture. Extremely TOXIC work environment. Do Not Work Here (thank me later). Residents are an after thought at best. Management could give Jim Jones a run for his money (yes, that’s a cult reference).
It takes days for anyone to call me back from the home office. And never can I get anyone higher than the district manager to call me back for my area. I never can get the receptionist to call me back.
Worst company I have ever worked for. Corporate and upper management is a joke. All they care about is money. I wouldn’t put my dog in any of their buildings
