Atlas does a great job of striving to keep the resident at the forefront of every decision made at the community and corporate level.
Atlas has been wonderful to work with. I can’t recommend their communities enough. Especially in south Florida.
Horrible experience with an Atlas property in Georgetown, Tx (The Oscar st Georgetown) and with the corporate offices. While in assisted living, my mother’s medication was mid-managed and she went without several vital medications for an extended period of time. They refused to give us copies of her medication administration records until I finally involved the Long Term Care Ombudsman’s office and filed a complaint with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Very impressive leadership!
The Atlas senior living is not doing what they need to do for the residents. I would never put my parents at any place Atlas owns. Its a shame that they pay all this money and get treated like crap. I will be calling DHEC because they think its okay to falsify records or shred records that they dont want corporate to see. I ask for people to truly check on these places because our seniors deserve better. I hope and pray nobody treats your loved ones like ive seen them be treated at Spring Park in Travelers Rest.
