If you are going through insurance for repair or replacement, i do NOT recommend. They were awful about providing insurance that was needed. Because they flat out refused to itemize their contract with the materials costs, we have to pay $8000 out of pocket for the unexplained discrepancy. The owner Bery is very nice but the job chief Jack is by far the most unprofessional, unhinged, and raging contractor I've ever encountered. Their professional roofers came out to diagnose the issues and suggested that it's time we replace our roof. I worked with Atlas Roofing Anaheim for my roofing project. I loved how thorough they were in inspecting our roof, they really tried to find the problem and provide solutions at a fair price. They explained everything to us since this was out first time having a problem with our roof. The customer service they provided us was superb.
