This company tries to rip off tenants out of their security deposit. I have to take them to small claims court. Don't get involved with this company. I was a great tenant and they are still keeping my deposit.
Atlas Residential is basically a scam. Subpar living conditions. They refuse to return security deposit or give an itemized invoice. They will continue to attempt to take rent from you after you move out at the end of you lease for months on end. They will not answer phones, return messages or emails.
Look at the paint chips in the pool. I pay $2375/month plus $150/ month for pool maintenance. The management company refuses to repaint the pool deck saying it’s cosmetic. They know I have 5 kids that live with me and play in this pool daily and are swimming in paint. Don’t rent from them as they clearly don’t care about the tenants health and safety. This is grossly dishpans disrespectful to me and my kids.
