Im posting this review on behalf of my client. This is a predatory company that hits clients with charges for damages with out any evidence. Every 1 star review that I have read is accurate.
Very disappointing experience from this company. We Dealt with multiple maintenance issues due to the poor condition of this home. When my children and I relocated from the Midwest we did not have the opportunity to view the home prior to moving in. We dealt with flooding, water heater issues Wich is quite dangerous and them changing pool maintenance companies every other month due to their shady business tactics. the pool was green 8 out of the 14 months we rented from them. It’s a shame the Las Vegas housing market is essentially completely owned by out of state rental agencies, and Atlas is yet another sad company wrapped up in the mess. We moved to Las Vegas in July 2022, and after reading horror stories of renting from other agencies, we chose to rent with Atlas. This company is the worst real estate management company I have ever dealt with. They deserve a -20 rating!! The turn over speaks for how terrible they are. They either ignore you or schedule maintenance without notifying you in advance, and they take all of your deposit and don’t give details. You have to pay them the utilities and I think what I paid was inflated- I never saw a bill so how do I know what I would owe! How is this legal??
Lack of communication! I spent money for application fees. If credit was a huge factor that should have been stated rather than to have me apply and get denied based on that! Then take 3 weeks just to say that.
