It's a property management firm amongst other things. Of course the people complaining are going to be the sour and terrible tenants. The firm is fine. They offer brokerage services too.
This place screams scammy. They don't have an actual office. Its a PO Box. They have no one to answer phones when you call and respond. They only raise rents and don't upgrade or maintain until you kick and scream. Avoid at all costs.
Wish I could give them zero stars. I'm not alone in the bad reviews this place gets.
