I worked with Dr. Shah as my therapist for about 6 months back in 2017. He was one of the best therapists that I've ever had. He helped me confront a lot of my issues with anxiety and helped me learn to use the coping skills that I knew about but had trouble actually implementing. Those months were probably some of the hardest I had to experience in terms of life changes and mental health, but Dr. Shah was really great in helping me conquer my anxiety and get through that time.
