Quick. Efficient. Responsive. Carlos is amazing! From the very beginning, he responded to all my messages and answered all my questions. From touring the property, signing the lease agreement, moving and settling in? Carlos has been there for me and made my move an easy transition. I appreciate that he answered after hour messages and responded quickly when the matter was urgent. Carlos’s service is top notch.
I rented an apt in Napa for 3 years and have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Atlas property management. Carlos in particular was always helpful and reliable during my time as a tenant. Now that I’m looking for a new place, he’s been a huge help in answering questions throughout my screening process. Atlas Property has managed my rental for the last five years. I have been extremely happy with their response and attention to details Carlos Vargas, manager, been quick to respond and extremely courteous.
It’s all Ai and I cannot get in touch with a real person and they never confirmed my tour. Then said I had a tour but never sent me information on how to access the building. It’s all very confusing and I’m questioning if this is actually a legit company at this point. I have spend a month trying to inquire about a property but all i get is Ai.
