I rented an apt in Napa for 3 years and have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Atlas property management. Carlos in particular was always helpful and reliable during my time as a tenant. Now that I’m looking for a new place, he’s been a huge help in answering questions throughout my screening process. Class act all around!
Atlas Property has managed my rental for the last five years. I have been extremely happy with their response and attention to details Carlos Vargas, manager, been quick to respond and extremely courteous.
It’s all Ai and I cannot get in touch with a real person and they never confirmed my tour. Then said I had a tour but never sent me information on how to access the building. It’s all very confusing and I’m questioning if this is actually a legit company at this point. I have spend a month trying to inquire about a property but all i get is Ai. Carlos was really helpful in the move-in process. Very professional services!
I’ve dealt with Carlos on a few issues that arose from the rental property. He was quick to respond and find plumbers and electricians for the issues and confirm those issues were resolved in his follow ups. Hope the service keeps up. Thank you.
