The new apartment that I live is really clean and well maintained. I like that the trash room is always orderly and neat when I go and leave my trash. The elevator too and the hallway and garage driveway. I like that the property manager is very responsive and immediately. I like most in my apartments the many ac outlets the double paned windows so that you can open them but when closed you don’t hear the noise outside especially the bar noise of drunk people too loud. I highly recommend this apartment. It is brand new, offers excellent value for San Francisco, features tile flooring, and includes shared laundry. The only issue is parking is not included with the apartment.
