I had just bought a new water heater and gas intake line was stripped. We called the company the water heater was from and received the replacement part. Atlas was sent the work order to install the part. I received a call from Atlas before I received the part. The part came on a Saturday. I thought I would have to wait until the next week to have it replaced. I called the office and they got it installed the sameday(Saturday) The plumber was on time and very quick. it was a great experience from start to finish.
My water heater broke on New Year’s day called Atlas and they were open 24/7. I chose to have service the day after only because of the holiday fee. The next day they arrived earlier than scheduled. Called ahead of time that they were on their way. My tech was David Smith very polite & explained what he was going to do and the time frame. I recommend Atlas Pluming.
I feel that ATLAS Plumbing is the BEST . Keith installed a water / fountain / bottle station and did a GREAT job. Thank you so much
Protect your outdoor pipes! One of mine broke for several reasons. A plumber showed up early am and finished in an hour and a half! A professional who knows what they’re doing! Good job!
