I recommend Atlas Plumbing because they are prompt, reasonably priced, and honest. Richard A. showed up earlier for my appointment and was very thorough when explaining what the possible issues were. He solved the problem using his years of experience as a plumber and I avoided unnecessary and expensive repairs.
Wow. I can’t tell you enough how happy I am. The service, staff and follow through was the best. Atlas saved me money and helped me get everything fixed fast and efficiently. It’s hard to find services you can trust and they built that trust with me from the start. I highly recommend using them.
My water heater went out and we couldn’t get the pilot lighted.I called Atlas Plumbing and they got a technician out same day on a Saturday, no extra charge for weekends, when he arrived he was extremely knowledgeable and with in ten minutes he had the water heater lit. Brian, the technician, explained to us exactly what the problem was. The price was more than fair. Needless to say I got Brian’s card and will definitely use Atlas Plumbing in the future. Our tech Eli just left and to say we are impressed is an understatement! The receptionist was very nice and gave us a quote to come out within the hour. Wow. We had called two other companies who were booked out until next week. Received a confirmation text that included our techs photo and his qualifications. BEST Plumbing company in town! Very professional, easy to get ahold of and I got an appointment the very next day! Rod found our clean out (no idea where it was) then identified and fixed our clog!! VERY knowledgeable, professional, polite and left the house clean! Hands down one of the best plumbing experiences I’ve had! Thank you Rod and Atlas for making us feel like family!
