I am the Manager for Apartments at Decker Lake. Sterling and Matt come to our property for preventative pest control, they do a great job. They are very timely and professional!
Last summer, my Mom needed a treatment done on her rental. We called Atlas and scheduled to have 2 treatments done, a month apart. We paid for both treatments. Come December, I get a text and an email, informing me that they would be out for a 3rd treatment. I immediately respond telling them that we paid for our 2 treatments and my Mom didn't want a 3rd.
