Nirmal came by our condo yesterday for maintenance for pharoah ants. These invasive critters are throughout the whole building but we can at least keep our own space pest-free. Nirmal was knowledgable, super quick, courteous & very supportive of the issue. As well, he was kind, polite, respectful, & customer-service oriented. A great listener, addressed our questions comprehensively. Very happy to recommend him! Thanks Nirmal!
Customer service over the phone was poor. Not helpful, kind of condescending honestly. It felt like I was bothering them with questions and with wanting to be a customer and I ended up just hanging up.
Thomas was knowledgeable and friendly. Happy with the service provided.
Atlas did a very very poor job of dealing with the mice issue in our house. They only put in bait boxes which did not work even after 4 months. They take a long time to come and are inefficient and ineffective. They are very expensive and they keep changing technicians so you never get the same tech twice and hence there is no continuity of service.
