Wow. Just wow. I just took my 13 month old daughter for her first checkup. As soon as we got there, we were greeted with such warmth and friendliness. My daughter didn't even have a second to get nervous. The staff and doctor were so sweet and attentive. They made sure my daughter was ready to be seen (Ponica and Nina are treasures!!!), and during the checkup/cleaning, Doctor Herring even sang my daughter her favorite song (and one from Moana, for good measure). I highly recommend Dr. Matt. He made my son feel so comfortable. The staff there is also great!
The staff is wonderful. They are all very friendly. My kids have had traumatic experiences with other dentists. Dr. Matt is so great with kids he makes sure they are comfortable and explains everything to them at their level. Today my daughter recieved two "priness crowns" and had her teeth brushed with a "donut and Christmas tree tooth brush." The way he speaks to the kids and helps them trough the process is amazing. Dr. Matt and his team are truly the best. I drive an hour and a half each way to get the best care for my babies. He is always so understanding and never makes you feel bad about anything going on. Always has a positive attitude and my daughter enjoys his office. He sings any Disney song you ask for and makes my daughter feel relaxed and comfortable. He explains what's he's doing in a way my almost 4 year old can understand. He truly has the best heart and a passion for what he does. I am grateful for Dr. Matt and his team!
Best dental office my kids have been to. I highly recommend them. Everyone is super friendly and fun. We had a great experience and my kids loved them!!!
Very happy with our visit today. Dr. Herring was great with my kids. When we left they were talking about how awesome he was. He got extra points with my older son for having Pokemon socks on! Staff was super friendly and the office is gorgeous. We will be back for sure.
