5 STARS! The Atlas Peakview apartments are clean, spacious, and the people who work there are wonderful. Shout out to John, Kailey, Olivia, Jazz, and the maintenance team for their competence and positive attitude. The views are incredible for every season of the year, sunrises, and sunsets over the mountains! We are thrilled to live at Atlas Peakview: Everything is perfect. The management team and maintenance are excellent, efficient, and professional. Management here is lacks ALOT. The hot tub hasn’t worked since May, the parking garage was broken for over two months, and the hallways constantly smell like trash. The pool is ice cold and dirty, so most adults don’t even use it. For what residents pay, the management and upkeep should be much better.
