The biggest issue with this apartment is the constant smell of marijuana/weed in the lobbies and parking areas. It’s extremely unpleasant, unhealthy, and makes the living environment uncomfortable especially for pregnant women and children. Despite paying thousands of dollars in high rent, residents are forced to tolerate this nuisance. Management urgently needs to take action and enforce a proper smoke-free policy. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking a safe and clean living environment.
We moved in a month ago and have had a truly wonderful experience so far. Maintenance responds to work orders promptly, and communication with the leasing staff has been outstanding. The location of the complex is ideal and conveniently close to a variety of restaurants and stores. We also really appreciate how clean the community areas are and the overall sense of security throughout the building. We absolutely love our new home and the welcoming community that comes with it.
Great new apt with really terrific amenities in a quiet and excellent area - close to all you need, great access to anywhere. Kailey has been outstanding.
