I scheduled a tour after seeing a two-bedroom apartment advertised online for a base rent of $2,040 per month with concessions. During my visit, I was quoted more than $2,500 per month with concessions for the most affordable 2 bedroom, despite the official website still showing the lower advertised price on my phone. Seems nice on the website, but when I went to tour the property the hot tub I was excited for has been broken for months. Spoke to a staff member and they gave the generic "we are waiting on parts" answer. One of the residents admitted it has been broken for weeks. Odd that a new building that isn't even full yet is breaking down already. Also had a hard time with all the dog poop. Opposite of what some other reviews said, I have had a great experience at Atlas Peakview thus far. I toured and was moved in within 4 days, Olivia and the rest of the leasing agent team were great and communicative throughout the whole process. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Everything was going well, I did the tour I loved the complex and applied, a few days went by and I received no follow up, no communication, no nothing, I called and they said there was a problem and the application went through twice and one wasn't finished so they said they would delete the extra and that everything else was done and they just needed the manager so sign off on it and that they would call me that same day.
