Hello, I want share my experience. The water heater for the home stop working on Sunday. Monday the maintenance came and reviewed the water heater by Tuesday afternoon they had fully replaced the water heater. Thank You!
My experience has been good overall. My kids really like living where we are at so naturally a parent isn’t going to sweat the small stuff. They are pretty quick to respond to emails, and maintenance requests are usually within a day or so.
