Great customer service and very knowledgeable sales team! Loved that they have an area for kids to hangout while we were looking at slabs and the dog and cat are a plus since my kids love animals! Kept me informed throughout the whole process of choosing my marble to my installation date. My bathroom looks amazing and my wife is in love with the vanity and shower. Won't go anywhere else.
Do not be fooled by the slick showroom, the friendly staff or professional marketing materials. My experience with Atlas was the WORST I've ever had with a vendor. Every appointment was either cancelled or delayed. When they finally showed up they, left my job half done and it was up to me to figure out how to get them back to finish what they started. They consistently over-promised and under-delivered. If you value your time, sanity and blood pressure, go elsewhere.
I visited this place several times during the summer out of curiosity. I was very interested in redoing my kitchen, but at the same time still hesitant. Everyone there was and is very patient with me, as I am very needy. I finally took a risk and gave them a chance in October. Since then I have never looked back. DO NOT USE! I went to Atlas 3 months ago to pick out a piece of stone for our countertop. It took them two months to fabricate the stone and when they came to install it, THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG STONE!!! They offered us minimal compensation and luckily had our original stone still on site. It has been one month and we are still trying to get them to come and instal the new stone.
