I am a current resident. I would like to give kudos to the office staff from Maria the manager who has always been pleasant and greets me when she sees me since I moved in almost 2 years ago to Patience who is always extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to assist me. I would also like to acknowledge the maintenance staff that make it their mission to get my work order completed by EOD the same day I call it in. I really enjoy living here and the convenience to everything around me.

I have lived in this apartment complex for over 6 years. I have to admit that it is in part due to me being someone who does mot like change very much. I have been very satisfied with the schools that my children have been able to attend and with the apartment complex being near to b both the schools and my place of employment. Their service for maintenance is terrible the doors that are supposed to be locked for our safety are always broken key fobs not needed which we pay for, there’s always young guys walking around complex at night looking sketchy not to mention break ins because the garage gate is always broken!! we need security my families terrified
