Vadim A quickly identified the problem we had with our A/C unit and fixed it. And, he gave me a few tips on keeping our unit clean. I’m quite pleased.
Joe came today and was amazing. Very professional and a nice guy. Thank you Atlas!
Joe was awesome and if/when I need service Atlas and Joe will be requested from Fidelity. He took the extra minute to let me explain what other techs (not from Atlas) had done or told me they did which was instrumental in solving the problem for the short term. If the problem comes back, more detailed leak testing will need to be conducted
Joe was awesome. Found the problem and just waiting for the part replacement. Very professional. Hossein and his coworker came back to do the actual AC install. They were AWESOME. Even covered the stairs to protect the carpet on it. Fast, friendly, professional, and done right. Would definitely use them again.
Thank you, Vadim for the exceptional service on repairing my AC and educating me on the operations. You made my day!
