The complete Whole Home Generator process was great. From the sales people and installers to the technicians, we were impressed.
I have only used this company for AC repairs. To be fair, I have some older units that I’m fully aware are in their end years. This company over the course of a handful on months, took no less than 8 trips to my house to fix a fan motor that was short cycling. I was advised to buy a new nest thermostat. I did, it didn’t fix anything. I was advised to buy and have them install a new control board. I did, it didn’t fix anything. Herman came to start up, system check, and give us a tutorial on our newly installed generator the day before a hurricane was set to hit our area and possibly his home area as well. He had already had a long morning with two clients remaining after us. Nevertheless, he took the time to be extremely thorough and professional, answering all of our questions as if we were the only clients he had for the day. We have been impressed with Atlas from day one.
5 Stars for Herman from Atlas Home Service, he is a very good A/C tech. Professional and courteous from start to finish. The diagnosis and repair was completed in a timely fashion.
So far we had excellent installation service. The generator seems to be a great product. The young men putting in our stand-by generator worked very hard in intense heat. Good job.
