Don't let this company fool you; I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They seem perfect and provide great service while you're under warranty coverage. I kept up with the annual maintenance service and had some A/C issues in the summer; they would come out and complete the work (make sure to keep the yellow receipt as proof that a tech visited your home). Came home at 10 PM to find my house at 75° and the AC fan not working. Called Atlas and was speaking with someone within 30 minutes. Mark showed up right at 9 AM the next morning, quickly diagnosed the issue, and clearly walked me through the options. We tested a few things together, and it turned out the fan motor needed replacement. Called and spoke to a rep. Technician (Ryan) was at my residence within 24hrs. Was on time and very helpful. Heat was restored. Happy customer.
It’s never ideal when your AC and Heating units both crash out on you at the same time, but Atlas had me up and running in no time. Mark made me feel heard, was very communicative with my options, and helped ensure the overall process was smooth and painless. I will only work with Atlas for all of my HVAC needs from here on out.
