I’m a bit late with this review since we had our work done in May, but I wanted to highlight how easy it was to work with Mark Baker and the Atlas team. Our AC system had failed, and we decided it made sense to replace the furnace and water heater at the same time. Professional, excellent work, cleaned up after the job. Willing to come back out when my AC system needed extra work ; had to reopen a vent that was closed off 13 years ago, to improve cooling for one room. Would strongly recommend this company.
I had my HVAC replaced on an extremely hot day. The guys were there for 10 hours due to previous installation issues. A shout out to Mark, Jared and Jose. They were awesome !!
Atlas Heating & Cooling Inc. provided outstanding service from start to finish. When our air conditioner stopped working, they responded quickly, which was a huge relief since we have three small kids at home. Don't let this company fool you; I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They seem perfect and provide great service while you're under warranty coverage. I kept up with the annual maintenance service and had some A/C issues in the summer; they would come out and complete the work (make sure to keep the yellow receipt as proof that a tech visited your home).
