I tried using the small business and it bit me. They left me in the lurch with a faltering AC mid-summer. Basically told me "too bad". Will never use them again and I advise anyone considering them to keep looking for quotes.

First time I believe owner came out and was pleasant and gave me a quote. No complaints there . That was more than a year ago Now I'm trying to request service. No answer, never followed through with my messages. I called and left two voicemails. I also spoke and left 2 messages with the receptionist. No word. no response, no feedback.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I had a service call by Atlas AC on Tuesday Aug 29. The technician could not give me an estimate for the Services needed but I was told the manager would e-mail estimates that evening. No estimate was received. i called on Wednesday and was told the manager was working on it. Thursday morning I was told manger is out of town and no estimate available. I wish they had a zero star option this place is the worst. From the customer service, to their work, horrible! Returned to my home multiple times and the issue is still not fixed. I asked for a boss to call me and they said okay. Called back multiple times and no answer. I called from a different number and they answered, and said we'll call you back. I paid over $400 and now I have to call someone else and pay again. What a rip off.

very unprofessional people. tried to get me to pay $400 extra for a warranty claim, when I wouldn't pay it, they made up lies on their report so my warranty company wouldn't cover my repair at all.
