The team took time to explain each change thoroughly, which gave me total confidence. Friendly staff, great communication and truly personalized service.
This is the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with! We had Loan pay off but they didn't do that. Then after a month of fighting with claims, they still book me for the totaled car. I was told to have it removed from billing I would need to supply proof of the loss. They mailed me a letter saying they totalled it but I'm supposed to send that letter back to them as proof to not bill! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Insurance isn’t always fun but this agency makes it painless. They always respond to my concerns, and I never feel like just another number.
They treat you like a person, not a number. They helped me pay less and made sure everything was clear. I really appreciate that
