Sadly I Made payment early only find out the Express Payment Took the whole amount of the bill INSTEAD of the amount I put in witch was a monthly payment. Now over drafting me at because they stole the whole amount."will request so maybe maybe Not..6-7 day to find out"...my Stupid chime was like let's wait??Don't use this Express service!!! Or your hard earned money will be gone just like that!

The team took time to explain each change thoroughly, which gave me total confidence. Friendly staff, great communication and truly personalized service.
This is the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with! We had Loan pay off but they didn't do that. Then after a month of fighting with claims, they still book me for the totaled car. I was told to have it removed from billing I would need to supply proof of the loss. They mailed me a letter saying they totalled it but I'm supposed to send that letter back to them as proof to not bill! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
