Nice, friendly reception. However, beware of estimates that are off by hundreds of dollars and poor organization skills when being billed. My experience: * To save money, I had someone else remove bathroom vanities, toilets, and base boards. Yet Atlas charged me for this in several invoices. It was brought to their attention and they corrected the charge only for it to reappear again several times. * I was told the day of the job that due to my stained floor they were going to require additional prep materials costing $ 500 ... read more
Our experience with Atlas Floors was outstanding. Ken Munir was very helpful and did an excellent job recommending new flooring for our home. We had WPC vinyl wood look flooring installed in the living area's and bathrooms and carpet installed in the bedrooms. The vinyl installation team and carpet team did an excellent job. We would recommend Atlas Floors to anyone considering new flooring.

We had new carpet installed in our master bedroom and both walk- in closets on Tuesday, Feb 7 th. This 3 man installation crew was prompt, experienced an d very professional. They handled the removal of our furniture with ease. The carpet installation went flawlessly. They are absolutely top of the line and we highly recommend them. Chuck and Joanie S****
We had refinishing done by an Atlas contractor which we are extremely pleased with. The look of the floors far exceed the original finish and Joe, the refinisher, did an excellent job.

I would rate our overall experience with Atlas flooring as satisfactory. There was an issue of delivery but our salesman, Ken, was very prompt in solving our issue. The installers were very courteous and did an excellent job in laying the carpet. It is very difficult to pick out the right grade of carpet so do appreciate the help neede in doing this.
