I was never informed about any room up grades or anything complimentary before or after booking. No one even bothered to follow up with you after the cruise & no one cared. Will bug the hell outta you about a payment tho!

After you book they could care less. Cheryl Kennedy booked our flight but not the seats. Kept calling and emailing to get our seat numbers. Watched the online site for the flight fill up so I finally called the airline. our seats were not reserved. I was able to get the last two seats together or we would have had to sit apart on a Trans Atlantic flight. The very last row in seats that did not recline next to the restroom.
