I reached out for services after the passing of my mother…. First time ever going to therapy and discussing something so sensitive. As well as allowing myself to be vulnerable with a stranger. Dr. Darla Timbo with Atlas Consulting Services led an incredible PD session for our team focused on grief—how to support our students and ourselves while carrying so much and still showing up every day. She created such a safe, honest space for us to reflect and connect as a team. It was powerful, helpful, and exactly what we needed. Dr. Timbo is professional, warm, and really gets it. We’ve already brought her back for more sessions and would highly recommend her to any team looking to grow together.
