After years of various chiropractic treatments the Atlas treatment made more sense and the correction lasts. If I do something to my body like lift wrong, pull or stretch,I go to see Dr Berg to see if I have thrown my atlas off. You learn to pay attention to your body. Dr Berg really helped me recover from a whiplash.
I had tried traditional chiropractic for years with temporary relief but permanent relief prior to becoming a patient of Dr. Berg. I had suffered headaches for years with them occurring multiple times a week and not being able to get rid of them without strong doses of Ibuprofen and/or sleeping them off.
