In a total of 5 sessions, they canceled 3. Then charged me when I decided to cancel my last session since it was going nowhere.
There was hesitation and fear in not finding the right wellness professional but Dr. Williams eased all concern after out first session. Several things stuck out during my visit I deemed exceptional like his approach and technique, communication style, professionalism, and his demeanor. Most people who seek help don’t like to be judged but in the end it’s all in the approach of the judging. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The staff was professional and promptly responded to my inquiry. I like the atmosphere and overall personable and effective communication and services I received.
Loved how I was listened to and not judged. Was given great tools to continue my journey that I am still using now.
