I can’t say enough good things about Atlas Animal Clinic. Archie needed his eye removed due to a corneal prolapse, and from the very beginning, the team made sure I was fully informed and supported through the entire process. They were able to schedule his surgery as soon as possible, which meant so much because he was in pain. Absolutely terrible service. I would not recommend this place at all. The girl helping me, Kassidy, was extremely rude and acted annoyed the entire time. It felt like she didn’t want to be there and had no interest in actually helping. On top of that, Doctor Mattu was very unprofessional and did not take my concerns seriously whatsoever. This is the only vet office I've seen that charges a 30% restock fee on any purchased pet food, whether opened or still sealed, whether you buy the wrong brand, or there is something wrong with the food... It doesn't matter. If you buy a bag, walk outside turn around and walk back in? 30% restock fee. Do they restock the food? Nope. It gets sent back to the distributor where the 30% fee originates from.
