Decent building, close to the HBLR. Clean and well managed. Great views of the city. Biggest concern is that elevator is broken 20/30 days of the month.
I would genuinely like to know why the concierge is so cold and rude to residents. Saying hello daily with nothing in return is flat out cold. It’s also off putting to have to deal with this. Ive never dealt with concierge like this in my life, literally ruder and more incompetent than the worst fast food workers I’ve experienced.
I want to mention that despite having great experiences with some of the building staff, I cannot stand how extremely rude some of the concierge here are - 1 man specifically. I've lived in 3 buildings in Jersey City, and I am surprised by how unwelcoming concierge has been here in my 3 years of living in this building. SOME are extremely friendly but there is repeatedly one man who works the day shift who will do everything to make you feel invisible. We’ve really enjoyed living in this building. The community is friendly, the common areas are always clean, and the neighborhood feels safe and few minutes from Liberty State Park. The amenities are excellent and make everyday life much more convenient
I have been living in Atlas for the last 18 months and is like family to me, the building is kids and pets friendly, everyone greets and management is very efficient and professional. Facilities offer everything you need to have work-life balance.
