Just moved out after 18 months residing at Atlas. It has been great to live here since the start. Brad was very patient and let us check out the place multiple times before we decided on the exact unit. My experience has been great and all repairs and enquiries have been responded promptly from Alex, Jean, Brad and the rest of the staff. We were quite skeptical of moving in after reading the google reviews this place had however, our experience has been nothing but positive in the 2 months we've been here so far! Jean, Brad, Alex are all absolutely sweet and fantastic people! Jean toured the place for me and was very very kind to the point where I assumed it's just an agent thing to make the deal, however, he is just very kind, sweet and full of life in general, he's awesome! I love the people who work here and wish I could give it higher reviews, but not having anywhere in the vicinity to park and not having available parking units for tenants makes it extremely difficult and stressful to live in this area. No issues with the building itself, the location is in a difficult situation and anyone with a car will be facing Daily problems. I am already looking for other options.
Jean and staff were amazing. They're extremely helpful and made the process of moving into the building super easy. I'm so grateful for all of them.
