Would never recommend! The worst customer service and medical facility in the area! They do not care about people. Went in for extreme back pain, they did x rays and told me nothing was wrong. Days later I can’t walk and am at the ER where they re did x rays and saw I have a fractured spine. Did the doctor even look at my x rays? What did I pay for? A misdiagnosis and to be treated poorly by your front desk? I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone because they don’t know what they are doing. Go to a real doctor.

One of the best urgent care experiences I have ever had. No wait time, all staff were very thorough and excellent customer service. They are a one stop shop with all of the equipment and medical technology needed to run any test you need. Facility was extremely clean and modern. I would highly recommend choosing this facility for any of your medical care needs.
They have online check in. I waited at home and arrived 10 min prior to my visit time and was seen in less than 20 min. Both, intake and doc listened well and worked with me on what I needed. Instead of just trying out some meds we came up with a great plan. I'm very appreciate to have them so close by.
We pass several urgent cares to use Atlantis. They have saved us so many times. Most of all, We will be eternally grateful for their service when they saved my one year olds life when he had a grand mal seizure. We would have lost him if it weren’t for their help and the local paramedics. We can’t thank you guys enough for saving his life. Their covid testing is the fastest and best in town also.

I was called back to the waiting room within minutes after doing the paperwork. The clerk could tell that I was in some serious and excruciating pain due to my lower back. The staff was phenomenal! Thank you so much for the excellent service in patient care!
Most of the staff was great, but the receptionist that checked me in was very rude. As your walking into the clinic she is sitting at the far left desk. Receptionist: I can see you didn't finish your registration, I told her I had been out of town and didn't have access to a computer. She said, "Don't you have a phone?". I told her it's difficult for me to do that sort of thing on a phone. ( I'm 62) . Then she said, " Well I'll do it for you this time, but you'll need to do it next time.". Isn't that her job? The staff and Doctors are Amazing! The care is the best of any urgent care facility in the area. They have web site scheduling and web site check in. It makes things so convenient! My entire family has been to this facility and the care has been wonderful every time. NK, RN
