The Staff here is amazing! Last trip--was told it would be a 2.5 hour wait. They sent us home and called later when the wait time had decreased. And there is always a follow up call...always..checking on the Patient. So glad we have Urgent Care here for our family's needs.
Loved how we didn't have to stay in waiting room. They called when it was our time. All nice, friendly people.
We visited Atlantis Urgent Care while on vacation this past August. I could not be more pleased with the care my daughter received and the orthopedist we were referred to was top notch. Thank you so much for making a broken big toe as pleasant of an experience as it could possibly have been!!
This urgent care center could not get any better unless they became my primary. They were very friendly, caring and professional. With the call before your appointment, you do not need to sit around and wait. Fantastic place!
I can't say enough about our incredible experience. The staff at the front desk was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly, and we had almost no wait! The medical staff was amazing with my 4 year old daughter, teasing her, playing with her, and getting her to giggle and smile (despite feeling awful!). Dr. was a rockstar. I was on vacation when I had severe back and knee pain. The care and treatment was absolutely awesome. .After 2 injections on Saturday and felt 80 percent better Sunday. Wish I would have went sooner.
Truly cared about my daughter. Dr.Biorn was thorough, compassionate and explained every thing.
