Significantly overcharged us, and after months of delays, eventually abandoned the project, took OUR money, and never completed the job. SMH. James— Ian, you’re a liar. We will see you in court!

I am truly appalled at how your company has utterly compromised my grandmother's property in Newport Beach. Given this unfortunate experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend your services for any work, even something as simple as repairing my old gym shoes. The craftsmanship and overall performance have been disappointingly subpar, and it's clear that improvements are desperately needed.
