Owner had the contract for community for years and so many problems with the pool. People got ear infections and the pool was never at the right PH. This company one year never drained the pool and left it to freeze well into the winter resulting in the pool walls cracking and extra money spent. This owner allegedly knew someone on the home owners association who had a reputation of being dishonest, so there may have been some kick-backs.
TERRIBLE! Stay far away! SCAM!! I was forced to use him because of a home warranty. He took my $100 deducible and never provided any service. He was telling me 1 story and the home warranty company another. He never even provided me a quote. It has been 2 months!! He says he will refund my $100 but has yet to do so (if this posting is still up). Rude and unprofessional. Interested in up-selling!
