Easy in and out. Fast service.
Horrible service. My son had an appointment scheduled for 3 weeks. The day of the appointment I received a call stating that his insurance was expired. I immediately called the insurance and was told it was not. When I called back to Atlantis I was told that there was nothing they could now do. More than likely they waited until the last minute to get the authorization. So I’m back to scheduling another MRI. My son is injured and has been for 3 weeks now. I’m not one to give negative reviews , but I must say the front desk girl, heavy set dark hair, with zero personality and god forbid she would have to answer a question when you ask if you are in the right place, she just shrugged her shoulders and turns to look away… wow as a business owner, this is terrible first impressions that your staff gives. I see why this business has a 3.9 star rating. She definitely needs personality training and the gym!
