My experience was very similar to the review posted two months ago. The doctor openly referred to the front-desk staff as "the financial people," and the entire process felt more like a sales presentation than a healthcare appointment.I was encouraged to commit to a second month of treatment before even completing the first. This provider is not covered by Desjardin insurance due to being deemed "unsatisfactory". I was not informed by the clinic that this might be an issue when using insurance benefits. I also felt pressured to make a decision in the moment on an expensive and long treatment plan.

From the moment I " called the number" I had a feeling that what I was about to experience was going to be different. I've been seeing Dr. Birk for a few months now and feel its time for a review. The therapy that I have been receiving seems to finally be paying dividends.
