First, The care by the doctors and staff was great. After leaving, the billing department has been a nightmare. they made a mistake when the submitted the claim and put my wife as the patient with my birthday and information. This should be a simple thing to correct. However, after 9 months of back and forth and several phone calls saying they would correct the issue and resubmit the claim, they have continued to resubmit the same information knowing it is incorrect. I’ve been in a few times in the last month, special shout out to Lauren at the front desk, Ryan the nurse and Wanetta the nurse practitioner! You all are making my terrible health luck not so terrible! I appreciate your professionalism, compassion and warmth a lot!
Terrible place. No doctor on premises. $150 to see nurse practitioner. Didn’t help at all and they try to push you off on your primary because they didn’t help you. Could be seen again, but again, it is a nurse on the premises. $150 for a small dose of a steroid that didn’t work diluted with juice. When you take a child there, they should be seen by a doctor.
I’d like to send the warmest thank you to our ‘shamrocks’ and wonderful care team over at AtlantiCare Marlton! My daughter was complaining of ear pain and started to have worsening discomfort. I ran her over and we were seen, treated, and out of the door in no time at all. The staff was professional, kind, accommodating, and warm. Thank you so so much Lauren, Kim, Sean, and Ryan!
This location is amazing. I am always seen very quickly. The staff is so kind and friendly. Lauren at the front desk was so sweet to my high energy toddler as we waited. Pat ,the nurse, was so patient with my boy. The nurse practitioner, Sean, was thorough and listened to my concerns. Fantastic staff that goes above and beyond to make your experience positive, especially with a rambunctious toddler!
