I would like to thank Yolanda Velez-Padilla Social Worker at the Health Plex. I had been trying to work with agencies to get my brother housing, Medicaid and food stamps. I found people at these agencies to be impatient and sometimes rude. Yolanda was very professional and she displayed a sincere desire to help me. She made the process so easy. I am grateful and felt it was worth mentioning.
