I had an unpleasant experience with the receptionist. He came across as rude and unhelpful when I tried to ask basic questions about my appointment his tone was dismissive, and it made the visit feel unwelcoming. Customer service at the front desk should be more professional.
The Medical arts pavilion is not where the Suboxone clinic is! Unless someone tells me otherwise.
This clinic has always been horrible! Went at 2pm for an appointment, didn’t get called til 4 pm, sat in the back til 5, because of a ditzy intern and a non caring doctor. Told me to tell my physician for another issue, to prescribe me sleep medicine, they wouldn’t do it, and this doctrines came on to see me! Reason? Oh, he’s backed up today, I can reschedule you because you said you had another appointment.
