I scheduled a virtual appointment with a therapist for July 5th at 1:30. 1:30 comes and I did not receive a text or an email. So I call and their office is closed today in hammonton & the best part is the woman who answered at another location had no idea what I was talking about. But is linked with Atlanticare behavioral health. I worked so hard to get this appointment and I have no options or help. Like is this a sick joke? This place hates their patients. they will treat you like crap over and over again. no communication, no empathy no nothing. go somewhere else if you want to get better.
