The entire staff at the Atlanticare 1 Pines facility is both caring and highly professional. The doctors, nurses, techs & guards all work in tandem to ensure the safety and overall well-being of the patients.

the people here do not care. A mental health facility that literally doesn’t care about your mental health. Going here made my anxiety worse just having to deal with the rude receptionists and horrible doctors. I got to experience my psychiatrist telling me it’s my fault the medication isn’t working, and then had to verbally fight with her to get my original prescriptions refilled. I’ve never dreaded a psychiatrist/ therapist appointment before I went here.
The worst! I have a family member in crisis for 3 weeks and left multiple messages for the Dr. With no response! It's awful that people can not get the help they need. The person is a patient and is having severe anxiety and hallucinations, and you can't just stop the meds, the Dr. has to monitor that! What a sad excuse for mental health professionals.
