Honest and competent with a wonderful staff and crew. Not only do I take my customer's boats there for service and storage, but my own as well. Highly recommended.
We had planned to have some electrical work done at Ocean Marine in Portsmouth but after several unreturned calls and emails we contacted James Taylor at Atlantic Yacht Basin. He drove up to Portsmouth within 4 days and provided reasonable quotes for the work. We arrived an Saturday and was greeted by an attentive dock master who assisted getting us tied up. Though older, all the facilities are well maintained and spotlessly clean!
Took great care of us and got us on our way. One of the mechanics even gave my son a crab pod that his son used to help him pass the time.
Fresh water with covered slips for large yachts. Great people running it. Will come back!!
Excellent place to take your boat for repair. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and was able to source parts for our datamarine system that hasn't been produced for over 30 years. In addition he was able to troubleshoot the existing components at minimal expense. All in all a good experience. I have a spare transducer and my existing transducer has been repaired all for less than $200.
Excellent service, reasonable, people were fantastic. If you need work done this is the place - also a great place to just stop, fuel and stay a night or two!
Nice folks, great help, they ordered the part we needed & had it the next day.
