Good management of a renovation on my rental. Recommend.
I worked with this property manager for over a decade, during which he managed my rental properties in Atlanta. To be fair, tenant placement was generally handled well, and I did not have major issues on that side. AWP has been managing my condo rental for about 3 years. I can't say enough great things about them, as they take care of everything. Trying to manage the rental myself was too stressful and time-consuming, so when I found AWP it was a huge relief. Not only are their prices incredibly reasonable, but they are prompt with communication, as well as efficient and ethical in addressing any issues with tenants.
