Entirely unprofessional. The front desk staff would rather chit chat than assist you. The doctor I had the unpleasant chance to meet was incredibly unprofessional and uncaring. Don't go here.
Horrible place. Nurse should have known immediately that they couldn't help us, not make us wait. Definitely not "urgent" care!!!
Absolutely terrible. Boyfriends visit was over 3 hours long only 5 people in the waiting room. He ended up just walking out after being in a room. Entire Staff on lunch when he left. Pathetic.
