Not good ... Once you ask for maintenance, that they repair the loud machinery that makes life unlivable, they will seek to have you removed. Keep your mouth shut and suffer and you will be okay. Poor management and and lack of maintenance,
Management responsive. Neighbors, for the most part, friendly. However, some are obnoxiously loud for long periods of time. It ruins the community atmosphere and invades personal private space.
David B was prompt, through and kept me informed on the progress of having to basically rebuild my A/C, while being polite and friendly the entire time. I had to leave for an appointment but when I got home, my apartment was cool instead of roasting! He had two other maintenance guys with him for a brief period and they were also helpful polite and friendly. (Sorry, I don't recall their names!). Please thank them for me, summer would be unbearable without a/c!
