I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. Dr. Baxter is incredibly knowledgeable, I’ve always felt well-cared and at ease in her hands. I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager, and the quality of care has never wavered. I’ve also seen Jenn multiple times and truly can’t say enough wonderful things about her. Echoing other reviews here- the customer service is non existent and booking an appointment is close to impossible. Phones are never answered and emails/voicemails are not returned. Although I started a laser treatment plan here, I am unable to complete it due to the inability to reach anyone ( I have been trying for several months). The clinic should look into implementation of an online booking platform if they have receptionists who don't want to assist clients.
I’ve been here for a repeating service and although the service is fine, I’ve had to go elsewhere to complete my treatment. The receptionist never answers the phone. You constantly get an automated message saying they answer phones between certain hours, but reaching a human is almost impossible. I left a message 2 weeks ago and never heard back, I’ve called back since and always reach the auto message. They do not reply to email inquiries, either. Thankfully I’ve found another clinic where booking an appointment is easy.
I recently visited with my mother for her appointment, and I was really impressed by how welcoming the clinic felt. Even though it was clearly a busy day, the receptionist was friendly, patient, and very accommodating—she made sure my mum was comfortable and taken care of. The whole place had a calm and professional vibe, and the staff seemed genuinely kind. It’s clear they care about their clients. Great experience all around!
Can’t say anything about the dermatological services, unfortunately; however, I can say the customer service has been non-existent. Submitted an online request for a consultation, immediately got an automated email (basically subscribing me to their product newsletter), but no follow-up for an appointment. Called in, couldn’t get through to anyone, so followed up with an email, which was an option in their voicemail message. Haven’t heard back. It’s been a month since I first reached out. Guess it wasn’t meant to be.
