A driver’s access card wasn’t working and it took Atlantic 30 minutes to finally open the gate trapping a long line of cars in their garage.
poor management
I worked with Donna Chin to rent a bus for my birthday party, and I highly recommend them for private transportation needs! Donna was fantastic! She was communicative, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Our driver was excellent as well and helped make the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.
Their system doesn’t send any automated message letting you know that they’ll only respond within 24 hours of your request. I had to call just to find that out, and unfortunately, the customer service representative ended the call on me abruptly. Very disappointing experience.
Only giving them two stars because I was able to park, but considering how scummy Atlantic Services business practices are, I cannot recommend this service. First off, after you leave you do not stop getting charged. Second, when you call customer support, half the time they do not pick up the phone. When they finally picked up, customer service stated that I can only stop getting charged if I send a 30 day notice (for a parking service!!!) Which, to make things worse, was a lie!
